Microsoft Teams experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from 12.5K in late September and dropping to 1.6K by the end of December. Despite the drop in downloads, weekly active users saw a peak at 58.5K in mid-December before falling to 38.7K in the final week.

Zoom Workplace had a fluctuating download trend, beginning at 5.7K in late September and decreasing to just over 1K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users started at 58.5K and gradually decreased to 45.7K. The app’s weekly revenue remained consistently minimal.
